1111 Models is a webcam modeling studio established in 2017 in Pittsburgh, PA — offering full support and extensive training. Studios like ours have been around for 30+ years. This is nothing new.

We actually started as an in-person studio where models came to work in their own private rooms with all equipment provided. In 2022, I expanded nationally so I could work with women all over the country. I created an entirely virtual training system and it's worked out perfectly — whether you're in Pittsburgh or California, you get the same quality support and training.

Our platform essentially pays us to train and support models jumping into the industry. That's my role and entire job. A webcam model is a video performer streaming online with a live webcam broadcast in exchange for money. Think TikTok Live — but adult. That's honestly the best way to explain it if you're brand new to this.

You have the freedom to choose the price you charge during private chats, when you work, and for how long. You earn a set percentage of the money spent on you. Overall — we sell our time, virtually.

There is no fee to get hired and you will never hand me a single dollar. Free to join — no out-of-pocket costs ever.

In exchange for my training, 24/7 support, and everything I provide, I receive a percentage of your earnings. It comes out automatically in real time — you never have to pay out at the end of the week.

If you'd rather not share a percentage, you can always jump onto a platform independently and figure it all out yourself. That's totally valid — but you'll have zero training and no one to call when you're stuck.

Honestly? It depends entirely on how frequently you're online and how popular your shows are. Models on our platform earn anywhere from $200–$10,000+ per week.

If you're able to consistently get users into paid shows, you'll do well. If you're not able to make that happen — this won't work out. That's the one thing I can't do for you or control.

I will never guarantee anyone anything when it comes to earnings. I'm brutally honest about this. It's impossible to know what you'll make until you give it a real shot with the effort this industry requires. You can't work 5 hours a week at any job and expect to succeed.

Models get paid every Friday via direct deposit. There is a $300 weekly minimum to receive payment — most platforms pay twice a month, so weekly payouts are actually a bonus here.

If you don't hit $300 in a given week, it rolls over and combines until you do. 99% of our models hit this every single week because they love this job and stay consistent. If you're not going to take this seriously, you'll struggle to hit it — and I'd ask you honestly if this is really for you.

Nope! One of the best parts of this industry is total schedule freedom. You control when you work — this industry never sleeps, so there are users online all day, every day wanting to spend.

That said — this is an all-in-or-out industry. Consistency every single week is non-negotiable if you want to succeed. You can't work 5 hours a week and expect results. Full commitment, whether part or full time, is a must.

I'm going to be honest — if you're not comfortable with the nature of the adult industry, this isn't the right fit. This is the adult industry after all.

Of course no one will ever force you to do anything. But I'm not comfortable working with someone who isn't entirely on board with the concept. It simply wouldn't be the right fit for either of us.

Nope — thank God! 😂 Promoting yourself in this industry on social media is a full-time job in itself, and constantly fighting bans and haters is exhausting.

Pretty comes in many forms, but you need to be able to stand out and keep up. I'm always honest about this.

We never disclose your personal information to anyone. It's used only for account setup and payment purposes.

• You can block viewers from up to 5 states, cities, or entire countries
• No user can ever find your location — you're behind an encrypted wall protecting your IP address
• Payments are issued through a neutral-sounding company — nothing on your bank statements references webcam work
• This industry has strict rules and regulations it must follow

I've worked with over 1,400 women and not once has any of my models had someone find out or discover their content. If it were a real problem, I'd tell you. The most important thing — do not share your screen name with anyone and you'll be completely fine.

I'd be lying if I said anyone can 100% prevent that — but it doesn't happen often, especially if you don't have a massive following.

If it ever does happen, I file a DCMA report on your behalf. It gets sent to whoever posted it and they are legally required to take it down. There are strong protections in place for everyone in the adult industry.

I've worked with over 1,400 women and not once has any of my models had this become a real issue. Take that as you will — if it were a major problem, I would tell you.

• I reach out personally via text to make sure you've read everything and want to move forward
• You send your valid ID and choose your online name
• I send a DocuSign agreement to your email — easy and fast
• Once signed, I grant you access to training and submit your info to corporate
• Your account is typically approved within 24 hours
• I send you your login and walk you through your approval photos — basically headshots with your ID, nothing adult
• Once approved — you can start streaming!

Requirements to get started:

• Must be 18+ with a valid US ID or passport not expiring within 30 days
• A good working desktop or laptop — no iPads or phones, it's not compatible
• An external webcam — no exceptions
• A completely private, uninterrupted space to work 20+ hours per week — no humans or animals ever on screen

• Availability — Models need real time to commit. Someone working a full 40-hour job won't be able to compete unless they're planning to transition out
• Appearance & self-presentation — Taking care of yourself matters in a job that requires attracting attention, though personality is equally important
• Energy & personality — Success depends heavily on your ability to engage people, build connections, and convert attention into income
• Ability to compete — The platform is competitive. You need to be able to stand out and hold attention
• Quality of your application — Thoughtful, complete answers show seriousness. Lazy or one-word responses are an automatic rejection

Ultimately I choose applicants who show strong potential, professionalism, and commitment — because I invest real time in people I believe will succeed.

Yes and no. If you get online and don't like it, you're under no obligation to continue. You can work on other platforms too — you just can't promote other platforms from ours, which is standard everywhere.

The one protection in place: if I've handed you all my training, supported you, solved your problems, and paid you every week — you can't just leave and create a new account to avoid the revenue share. The platform would require a 6-month consecutive break before a new account could be created. All platforms in this industry have these protections for studios — it's fair and completely standard.

If that doesn't work for you, going independent is always an option.

No — you can absolutely join any platform on your own. It's a personal decision whether you want the support, training, and guidance I provide.

Our platform provides zero training on their own — they essentially pay studios like me to support you. If you go alone, you'll have no one to ask for help when you're stuck.
